Forgotten blogs and new jobS

I forgot about this thing. I guess when you have high amounts of stress due to being super poor you don't really think to write whitty things on the internet. Thank you to Jay Malsky for reminding me... Also, my stress level has (temporarily, I'm sure) subsided due to the fact that I HAVE A JOB!!!

WOOHOO!

I am not an employee of a cute little bar in Tucson. I will serve people drinks. I will wear a green shirt with a logo, khakis, a belt, and white sneakers. At the risk of sounding like I'm complaining (because really, I have a job, will pay my bills, and dont want to complain about it...) if someone said to me "Kim, if you had to choose the outift you would least likely want to wear, what would it be?" I would probably say "Hmm, well Person, probably a polo shirt with a logo, khakis, a belt, and white sneakers." But thats ok. I will wear them, I will smile, and I will chat with the patrons of Tucson.

So, not only am I an employee of a cute little bar in tucson... After 2 and a half months of not being able to find a job I had another interview today for which I believe I will be offered the job. Jobless for months, then 2 jobs. The second one is for a cute little cafe where the owner reminds me a Jane Lynch. Due to the overwhelming credit card debt I've recently put myself in I think it would be smart to work both jobs until term starts, pay off the debt I've accumulated since moving to Tucson, and then keep whichever one will work better with my DM schedule once term starts.

I should hear from Jane Lynch by Sunday, and if I dont, she told me to call her. And I shall...

New Year.

Now, I dont necessarily agree with having to make a new years resolution. Jay and I had a talk about this yesterday. I mean, why make a promise to yourself that you're not going to keep right? If anything, make a first week of the new year resolution and then keep it after that if you can. But I still think the song is a good 2010 anthem. I mean, seriously, how much do we miss by pouting? I can't speak for anyone else but I know that I waste tons and tons of time wallowing in the stupidest things. Therefore this will be my 2010 anthem... for the first week... and then I'll keep it after that if I can.

Its a new decade. I feel clean, I feel fresh. (I also feel jobless and poor but I believe that will soon change) I hope everyone else does too. (minus the jobless and poor) Sometimes you have to fake happy until you feel it for real. Then when you do - hold on to that fucker and dont let go.
